Password expiration reminder email template

To remind someone that their password expires soon and how to change it in time.

Hi customer name, Your System or account password expires on date + 5 days. If you don't change it before then, you won't be able to sign in until we reset it. To change it: 1. Go to Where to change it. 2. Enter your current password, then the new one. 3. Use at least Minimum length, with letters, numbers, and symbols. Don't reuse old passwords. And remember: IT will never ask for your password by email. Best regards,

How to use it in NexoPad

  1. 1Add it or copy it

    Click “Add to NexoPad” if you have the extension, or “Copy for NexoPad”: it’s copied with its variables.

  2. 2Create the snippet

    In NexoPad, create a new snippet, paste the text and give it the shortcut /pwexpiry.

  3. 3Type it anywhere

    In Gmail, Zendesk or any website, type /pwexpiry and fill in the blanks.
