Why is my snippet not expanding?
Check that the note has a shortcut, that you are typing the exact trigger at the end of the field, and that the page is not a protected browser view. If it still fails, test another editable field to rule out site limitations.
Where does a clip saved with `Alt+C` appear?
It is saved as a note in the Clips category and includes a reference to the source and original URL when the capture flow can obtain those details.
What happens when I complete a reminder?
If it was a one-time reminder, NexoPad clears the reminder and moves the note to the trash. If it was recurring, it calculates the next date automatically.
Why do I not see the AI tab?
It is usually due to one of these reasons: your plan does not enable AI yet, you have not configured a provider and API key, or the selected model is not available for your account.
Can I sign in with Google on Firefox?
Not in the current implementation. On Firefox you must use email and password.
Why does the side panel not open on some pages or in Opera?
Internal browser pages can block extensions. Also, in Opera the sidebar may require manual opening from the browser icon.
How do I search links from the browser bar?
Type sys in the omnibox, press space, and then your query. NexoPad will search your links and can fill dynamic parameters such as %s or %host%.
Why can I not see a shared team resource?
It may still be pending approval, belong to another department, or be outside your role-based scope in Teams.
When should I use the web dashboard instead of the extension?
Use the extension to insert, capture, and check information quickly inside the websites where you work. Use dashboard.nexopad.app when you need comfortable editing, account management, metrics review, folder organization, backups, or Teams administration.
Who can enter `dashboard.nexopad.app/teams`?
Users who belong to a workspace with an active TEAMS plan. Owner and Admin see the full panel; Editor and Viewer usually land first in the shared vault and with fewer controls.
Why does Teams not let me invite more employees?
The most common reason is that the team has already consumed all active licenses. In that case the dashboard blocks new invitations and takes you to the seat expansion flow.
