Manage profile, plan, security, and backups from the cloud
The `My Account` section of the web dashboard concentrates almost all personal administration that does not make sense to do from the popup.
If you need to change your profile, review the active plan, enable 2FA, close other sessions, or download a backup, the most direct place is the cloud dashboard.
This part of the documentation matters because it groups sensitive functions that are often confused with local extension settings.
What you can adjust in your profile
- Display name and profile photo through a URL.
- Login email with a confirmation flow to the new address.
- Google account linking when it is not yet connected.
- Visibility of your
Vault IDand the email you use to access the cloud.
Plan, billing, and upgrades
The billing tab shows the subscription status, billing cycle, upcoming renewals, trial end, access-until date, payment method, customer-since date, and order or subscription identifiers.
If your account is covered by a corporate workspace, the dashboard reflects it as a company license. If not, you can open the customer portal, download PDF invoices, or upgrade from Free to Pro from this same area.
The embedded pricing section of the dashboard also lets you purchase Teams with a seat selector. The current visible flow supports a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 25 licenses in that configurator.
Security, password, and sessions
Change the password by verifying your identity
The dashboard asks for your current password before accepting a new one, so the change does not depend only on having the session open.
Enable 2FA if your plan allows it
Two-factor authentication is configured with TOTP and QR from the cloud. On Free it appears locked and the dashboard itself invites you to unlock it with Pro or Teams.
Review the current session and close the others
The security screen identifies the active web device and lets you close sessions in other browsers or extensions if you left your account open somewhere else.
Use Google linking as an additional access method
If your account is not linked yet, you can connect it to make future login easier without necessarily replacing your current email.
Backups, restore, and sensitive actions
The Data & Backup tab lets you download a local .json copy and restore compatible files into your cloud account. That flow works with notes and links and is especially useful before migrations or large cleanup tasks.
There is also a Danger zone with text confirmation for irreversible account-related actions. Before using it, the safest path is to download a backup and review whether you are inside a shared workspace that you also need to keep.
.json backup first. The safest sequence is: backup, trash review, and only then permanent actions.
