How to use dashboard.nexopad.app/teams in your workspace

The Teams dashboard is the operational center of the shared vault and changes significantly depending on your role.

The dashboard.nexopad.app/teams route is used to work with company knowledge from the web: master vault, members, approvals, analytics, settings, and content recovery.

Not every user sees the same thing. Owner and Admin get the full panel; Editor and Viewer usually land in the shared vault first and work with a narrower scope.

How to enter Teams and what to expect when it loads

1

Open the workspace web route

You can get there from the personal dashboard or directly by URL. Access requires the team to have an active TEAMS plan or for your user to belong to an owner who has it active.

Open dashboard.nexopad.app/teams
2

If a team does not exist yet, create it from the personal dashboard

The current flow creates the company, assigns you as owner, and then redirects you to the Teams panel.

3

Keep in mind that `viewer` and `editor` do not land the same way as `admin` or `owner`

The more restricted profiles usually start directly in the shared vault rather than in the executive summary.

4

If team billing has failed, the panel can enter a frozen state

When the workspace falls into past_due, canceled, or unpaid, Teams shows a paused-subscription screen and leaves the experience in restricted or read-only mode.

Master vault, filters, and daily work

The master vault in the Teams dashboard brings together approved notes, snippets, and links in a single table. From there you can search by text, filter by type, folder, or department, sort by recent, most used, alphabetical, or oldest, and open the side editor to work on each item.

Depending on your role, the panel allows you to create new shortcuts, notes, and links, move content between folders, reassign audience by department, select items for bulk actions, and use CSV import. Full vault export to CSV is reserved for the owner, while bulk import is intended for Admin and above.

Members, licenses, and basic administration

The members view shows used licenses, distribution across owner, admin, editor, and viewer, as well as each person's current department. Invitations are sent by email, and the invited user must first have a registered NexoPad account.

New members enter in a restricted way, usually as viewer and in the General department. The owner can change role and department, and can also remove employees by choosing whether their knowledge is reassigned to someone else or destroyed.

Important:If you cannot invite more people, it is not always a bug: the Teams dashboard blocks new seats when there are no free licenses left and redirects you to the flow for expanding seats.
