What eats your time every day

1

The same emails for every client

Proposing a meeting, moving it, asking for travel details… You write these dozens of times a week, and they're almost always the same.

2

Writing in someone else's voice

Every client has their own tone and signature. Switching between them without slipping up, and without it showing, takes real focus.

3

Information scattered everywhere

Travel preferences, scheduling links, key contacts… When they live in a dozen places, every request means searching before you can reply.

Ready-to-copy templates

Copy them as they are or save them in NexoPad: anything in curly braces is filled in through a small form when you insert the shortcut.

/meetSchedule a meeting on your client's behalf

Hi {{input:Name}}, I'm reaching out on behalf of {{input:Client's name}}, who would love to meet with you to discuss {{input:Topic}}. Here are a few options: • {{input:Option 1}} • {{input:Option 2}} The meeting would be {{dropdown:Format|a video call|a phone call|in person}} and take about {{input:Length}}. If neither works, just share your availability and I'll set it up.

/rescheduleReschedule a meeting

Hi {{input:Name}}, Due to a change in {{input:Client's name}}'s schedule, we need to move the meeting planned for {{input:Original day and time}}. Apologies for the inconvenience. Would either of these work instead? • {{input:Alternative 1}} • {{input:Alternative 2}} Once you confirm, I'll update the invite.

/declinePolite decline

Hi {{input:Name}}, Thank you so much for the invitation to {{input:Event or meeting}}. {{input:Client's name}} truly appreciates it, but {{dropdown:Reason|their calendar is fully booked on those dates|they're focused on other projects right now|they won't be able to attend this time}}. We'd love to stay in touch for future opportunities.

/travelRequest travel details

Hi {{input:Name}}, to book the trip to {{input:Destination}} I just need to confirm a few details: • Preferred dates and flight times, outbound and return • Seat and baggage preferences • Hotel area or type • Any meetings already set there Once I have these, I'll send you a couple of options to choose from.

/forwardInbox triage reply

Hi {{input:Name}}, Thanks for your message. I'm {{input:Your name}}, assistant to {{input:Client's name}}. I'll forward your email to {{input:Person or team}}, who handles this, and they'll get back to you {{dropdown:Timing|in the next few days|later this week|as soon as possible}}. If you need anything else in the meantime, feel free to reach out.

/nudgeFollow-up on a pending reply

Hi {{input:Name}}, Just following up on my email about {{input:Topic}}. {{input:Client's name}} needs your reply to move forward with {{input:Next step}}. Could you confirm when you have a moment? If it's easier, we can also go over it on a quick call. Best, {{cursor}}

Frequently asked questions

Does it work in Gmail, Outlook and Google Calendar?

Yes. NexoPad works in the text boxes of any website you open in your computer's browser, like Gmail, Outlook on the web, a Google Calendar event description, Slack or WhatsApp Web. It doesn't work in mobile apps.

I work for several clients. How do I keep it organized?

Create a folder per client with their templates, signatures, notes and links. Ctrl+K finds anything instantly, and tags help you spot what you share across clients.

Can AI help me write?

Yes. NexoPad's AI assistant can rewrite a text in a different tone, summarize a long email or translate it, and it works with 10 different AI providers.

Is it free?

There's a free-forever plan with a limited number of shortcuts, notes and links, no card required. The Pro plan comes with a 7-day free trial.

Can I store my clients' passwords or passport details?

We don't recommend it. NexoPad is built for work templates, notes and links. For passwords and personal documents, use a password manager or the system your clients ask you to use.
